Did you know that the thoughts in your brain are not just truths being handed to you? Your brain gathers thoughts, ideas and beliefs in two main ways; through your life experiences, teachings, socialization, senses, etc and through your cognitive bias. Knowing this can open you up to the idea that thoughts aren't necessarily truth. This is great news.
