Many people, including myself, attribute affirmations as being key to reaching new heights professionally and personally. Simply put, when said consistently, affirmations help you become better! These affirmations in particular, will help inspire you as you drift off to sleep. This is ESPECIALLY helpful if you're feeling stressed or have anxiety before bedtime.Be sure to take our affirmation challenge (30 consecutive days of daily and nightly affirmations).
