Is there good stress as well as bad stress; stress that we are not aware of as well as stress we are aware of? What role does education play, how can we develop better self-awareness and learn how to self-regulate. We talk about the different types of stress and how stress impacts the body and brain. We dive into some of the theories of stress We discuss some of the causes and stages of chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, anxiety, depression, and other chronic health challenges.
