EP 78: IFBB Pro Brooklyn Goodsell: Turning Postpartum Depression into Purpose and a Pro Card

In this week’s episode of Bikinis After Babies, we welcome Brooklyn Goodsell, an IFBB Fit Model Pro, wife, mother and online coach.  Brooklyn’s story is one that will truly resonate with so many women — especially mothers who have walked through the physical and emotional challenges that come after childbirth.  Brooklyn battled postpartum depression after the birth of her son 6 years ago— a mental health struggle that SO many women silently battle, yet so few openly talk about.  Brooklyn turned her deepest struggle into her greatest strength, using that pain as fuel for her transformation.
