Description

Jeremy Curnier began his training as a classical dancer at the age of ten at the Royal Ballet School Junior/London. After successfully graduating from the Royal Ballet School, he became a soloist with Northern Ballet/Leeds under David Nixon in 2009. After eight years, he moved to the Ballet of the State Capital Kiel in 2017 in the same position under the direction of Yaroslav Ivanenko. There he danced roles such as Drosselmeyer (NUSSKNACKER) and Franz (COPPELIA). Jeremy Curnier has acquired a broad repertoire of classical and contemporary choreographies by David Nixon, Cathy Marston, Yaroslav Ivanenko, Wayne McGregor, Hans van Manen, Can Arslan and Trey McIntyre, among others. At Theater Kiel he choreographed as part of drama productions and his own piece STROMBOLI. He has been a member of the Tanzcompagnie Gießen since August 2019.
