Eating disorder recovery is a gradual process. There will come days when we will feel proud about how far we've come and we'll celebrate our small victories. But there will also come days when our self-esteem drops when we have one of those days when we feel really uncomfortable in our own skin, and when we start to doubt the way we and our body look. And that may leave us questioning: Will I ever learn to love my body? Will I ever feel comfortable in my skin?
