Binging sucks. But the worst part comes right after the binge - feelings of shame, disgust, and anger. To "make up" for that binge, we're often quick to jump to the idea of restricting, overexercising, and dieting. But crazy diets and restrictive eating only lead to more binging. In this episode, I share with you my 7 TIPS on what to do after the binge and what not to do. There's no point in hating yourself, as binging is part of the eating disorder and part of the recovery process. Recovery doesn't happen overnight, but it's every little step you take that count.
