We talk about the medical trouble-shooting in those early years, the 'aha' moment when Catherine realised what was really going on, the logistics and cost of travelling to England for care, the issues with trying to get diagnosed and cared for at home, and the stigma surrounding PMDD, also known as severe PMS.
