Hey Buds, welcome to “Blossom with Ash”, the Healing Journey podcast. On this podcast, I’ll share my healing journey as I balance the life of a mother, a wife, full-time employee, home school teacher, entrepreneur and friend, all while confronting childhood trauma head on. Sharing the effects of narcissism abuse, battling codependency, and discovering the world of attachment styles just to name a few.  My vision for this podcast is to not only share my personal experiences but to share the knowledge that I've learned over the years. Creating a safe place to share, learn and gain knowledge to promote healing, improve confidence and overall growth in all aspects of life.
