Sonny and Lillian met up with Miracle Awonuga, a recent graduate from Belmont University’s data science program (the first black woman to do so), founding member of WaffleHacks, and a project author at Codédex. We nerded out on Data Science and discussed Miracle's coding journey (from "crying over too many Programming I tests" to transitioning to Data Science), Python vs. R, the origins of WaffleHacks, advice for freshman college students, the "Holy Quad" productivity essentials, and the importance of mentors and office hours.
