Then, holy moly, Summer is coming and all of a sudden you have even MORE weight to lose - but in a small time frame which is rarely sustainable. So, why not prevent that weight gain so that you're not so stressed this year as Summer approaches? If Summer always seems to be your goal, it's important to actually start focussing on that NOW.
