She has extensive experience working with teens and adults who face anxiety, ADHD/ADD, interpersonal and relationship conflicts. She understands the challenges of managing work, school and personal life. Personally, and professionally, she has experience with autoimmune disorders and managing caregiver stress in other health related issues. Part of her early career from 2007- 2015 she specialized in families of Intellectual Disabilities who faced challenges related to financial, social and educational stress. She earned a Level 1 in Clinical training in the Gottman Method to provide a set of unique techniques to couples to strengthen their communication. Part of her goal is to teach clients how to use different strategies aimed at reducing symptoms and thoughts related to daily stressors.
