We took the time to meet with one of the top fitness trainers in Denmark Mike Peterson. Mike takes you through his path of being a Danish athlete in America for 6 years and back to Denmark. How intermediate fasting has changed his diet and boosted his testosterone. Chock full of diet tips and the time frame it takes to see a change in the body. Every diet is different and has different benefits/effects for everyone, you just have to figure out the one that is best for you. The early stages of his fitness journey through athletics and how America helped shape him. Going from the culture in Denmark to a complete change in America where guys eat sleep and breathe the sport. Also the differences in culture from West Coast to East Coast to Midwest in America. Then hitting a complete change and transition being an athlete to now coaching athletes. The struggle of being a GA and living paycheck to paycheck having to spend his last year sleeping on the couch but making things work because of the drive and passion for what he believed in. Mike now runs his own strength and conditioning program in Denmark to help change the culture and help athletes and non athletes reach that next level but not only in the weight room but mentally from a personal stand point.
