11. Webinar: Norges Fredslag takeover: The tip of the iceberg

This sets the scene for the global nuclear superpowers to expand their interest in the region: Whether it is an increased military presence of the nuclear alliance NATO, a Russian build-up of military infrastructure, or a growing Chinese interest in the transpolar sea route.
