Elantris 16 (Ch 54-57)

This is the second part of our episode with our 2nd guest of the show, our brother Sam! This brother has read the book and brings some hot takes to the pod and introduces a new game called "Is this bad writing?" where his answer is always yes. The book (and podcast) goes off the rails and turns into a spaceship as we close out Part 2 and begin Part 3. Sanderson takes a page from the Bookalicious play book and goes at warp speed starting at Ch 48 as he realizes his deadline is nigh. Similarly, we push through 6 chapters in one episode after Sam's best attempts to make us go faster. This leads to a never-before-heard part of the pod where anything goes, including Chrissy’s hair. Some topics discussed include: Why is Roial so ick, and does this explain why Raoden is into Grow up Skipper Sarene? What does Sanderson have against fat people? And, will our whiplash ever recover after reading Part 2? I would write a better description but, “It’s this cursed deadline!
