I guess someone at this presser, I mean, the Chargers are getting ready for a playoff game, but someone maybe hasn't been locked in on all the interest that John already has. Ask Jim if there's any chance the brothers would team up together with the Chargers. He'll be a head coach. Yeah, next year we'll be playing against him in some form or fashion. And just, as I said, hope that's in the NFC.
Are you surprised that he got let go? Yeah, yeah. I don't know what's he going to say no there. No, I really. I mean, but it's part of the job. Yeah. It's what happens. I'm with you, by the way. I mean, listen, it's at least notable that the game's happening tonight as we kick off this round of the college football playoffs. This is officially the Fiesta Bowl. Yes. Ole Miss, Miami tonight, 730.
And then tomorrow you've got Oregon, Indiana. And that's the big one with Dante Moore and Fernando Mendoza going head-to-head, and it's the Peach Bowl. Yeah, for the NFL junkies that we are, that is the game. You want to see those two players playing against each other. You want to see who wins. They're both going against good defenses.
I think Indiana's defense is a little bit better, a little bit more of a struggle for Dante Moore. We'll see what kind of athlete he is. Supposedly he's the better athlete of the two, and he may have to rely on some of those skills.
But again, like I keep saying, I would like that kid to stay in school one more year, but he may feel like if I'm going to be drafted in the top five, this is the time to come out. Thank you.
