Stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, difficulty concentrating, overwhelm, burnout, and other issues can have a negative impact on our ability to realize our full potential both personally and professionally.In this week’s episode, my guest Melissa Franklin, business and leadership coach, shares how she went from being an unhealthy, in-debt, single mom, with bipolar disorder and ADHD, to becoming a successful entrepreneur, educator, non-profit business owner, and Ph.D. student.Her story shows us that balanced health and a thriving life are ABSOLUTELY achievable, regardless of the hurdles you have to overcome.
