Preservation Distillery: Scott Nelson

This week we welcome Scott Nelson, President of Preservation Distillery. We go through the history of the company starting with its founder Marci Palatella and how she capitalized on the growing whiskey trend in Japan back in the 80s and how that set this now famous brand name on a path to create some of the tastiest whiskey on the market today.
