Episode 22: Morgan Williams – Human Centred Design, Systems Thinking and AI

Morgan is an experienced Service Designer, Design and Systems Thinking Educator and PhD Candidate able to deliver practical and strategic value to your organisation - He has successfully delivered >45 research and design projects in all tiers of government, tourism, retail, professional services, aged care, childcare, not for profit, technology, financial services and telecommunications. Morgan has worked in Digital Transformation, Service, Business, Strategy and Start Up design, has regional (Singapore, delivering systems thinking and design programs) and remote global experience delivering workshops and advisory services. He is doing a groundbreaking PHD focused on developing and testing practical methods for AI augmented sensemaking in design projects - methods which will significantly improve an organisations ability to solve the right problems for clients and citizens.
