In this episode, Clair dives into the popular RAIN mindfulness technique as a way to gain acceptance of a breakup and the emotions that come with that loss. She also shares a tool for when you're all processed out and need to interrupt a rumination spiral that you can't seem to shake. Yes, we need to process our emotions and not avoid them, but we also need to continue to experience life because life is beautiful and that doesn't change even after a breakup!
