Broadcast Media: The Inside Track

Diversity and well-being within broadcast plus support networks with Tanya Rai

25 Oct 2021

Description

I’d heard of the RISE network through acquaintances in the industry, I was looking for new guests and registered on a podcast guest website and saw Tanya’s profile. By chance I’d asked about being a guest and then connected the dots and worked out she is a board member of RISE - so very happy to have her on the show. It’s often a subject not talked about so often in broadcast media about emotions and glad we talked about support and diversity too. One standout moment was that Tanya is the same ‘ENFJ-A’ personality type as I am - great minds alike!
