Neurodiversity in South Asian Communities

In this episode, I welcome Pavna Sodhi, a psychotherapist, author, speaker, and adjunct professor in Ontario. She is the author of Trauma-Informed Psychotherapy for BIPOCCommunities: Decolonizing Mental Health . We discuss neurodiversity, what it is, some of the causes, as well as how it impacts our lives, personally and professionally.
