Brian Van Batavia is the Technical Director at Bollinger Motors, an exciting start-up developing all-electric trucks and utility vehicles. Before joining Bollinger Motors, Brian had various engineering positions with companies such as MTS Systems, Eaton, and Polaris. Brian and I talk about the importance of his electronics and systems engineering background, the unique he brings to systems engineering, his decision to take on a leadership position at a start-up, the way he thinks about competition, his role in branding, and much more.
