Ed Olson is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of May Mobility, a mobility startup striving to transform cities through autonomous technology. Ed's involvement in autonomous vehicles started with the original DARPA challenge back in 2007, and he remains a top robotics professor at the University of Michigan. Ed and I talk about his motivation for starting May Mobility, their unique business model, their role and value proposition for both government and commercial customers, the role of automation in public transportation, and much more.
