#2: Current State Senator and Former Tulsa Head Football Coach Dave Rader shares his lessons in leadership, as well as believing in yourself and doing the work. Dave was drafted in the NFL and turned to coach afterward. Through his coaching experience, he got to learn from the coaching lineages of Bear Bryant, Don Shula, Bobby Bowden, Joe Gibbs, Don Coryell, and Ray Perkins. At the time of his first head coaching job, he was the youngest NCAA Division 1 football coach at 31 years old. In this show, you will see how a small moment and a key word of encouragement catapulted Dave to dreaming big and accomplishing the goals he set out before himself. If you want to be a better leader, need to develop self-confidence, want to learn how to deal with failure better, or achieve your dreams then this show is for you!
