Pushing through any doubt and sticking with something all the way through. Having friends that lift you up and help keep you focused on your goals. He shares how his goal has always been constant growth and becoming better each day. Success is not success if it is not shared with the ones you love and that have helped you get there. Stick with it, build on it, and keep going. Rashad is a great example of hard work, determination, consistency, focus, growth, service, and excellence.
