Sometimes the word "stress" can be used to describe things that are going on inside of us, like our thoughts. Many times, we say our stress is caused by our family, work, school, health, commute, money, COVID (among many, many other things). But what if we were to tell you that your stress is actually caused by none of the above? These stressors are not the cause of your stress.
