In our last episode, we talked about six different mind traps—this week, we'll talk about even more (there's a reason we had to split this topic into two episodes!). Learning to identify what these mind traps are is like being a defensive driver. If you learn what signs make a road dangerous, you can largely avoid pot holes because you know what to look for.In this episode, we share some personal anecdotes to illustrate some more common thinking traps; overgeneralizing, catastophizing, and more. Getting caught in one of these thinking traps WILL impact your mental health, it WILL impact your self-confidence and your self-esteem and it WILL impact your relationship. So, if you find yourself trapped in a thinking trap, you're in the right place (and if you want to talk about it, definitely reach out!).You can find us on our website and join our Facebook group. See you next week! Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
