In this episode Kehla breaks down the reality of why gaining strength in life is not easy. Working out at the gym, like enduring hards times in life, are meant to prepare us for what's to come. What makes us stronger in life is going through challenges and experiencing hardship. Though 'strength' is sought after (emotional/physical/mental resilience), the experience of becoming stronger truly does come from very concentrated, specific events in our life that are uncomfortable so that they push us to grow. We cannot know what strength is without weakness. Looking at & being compassionate about where we've come from & what we've endured is truly the access to experiencing the strength that we've created for ourselves. We each have our own unique imprint of strength that we've cultivated & it deserves to be acknowledged.
