One of the things we are seeing happen is people are becoming more aware of the mindset approach to the fitness routine. And when we say " mindset", it's not just "you need to come in and get your workouts or else you're not going to get in great shape", It's the mindset around life in general. It's sleeping, it's eating, it's the extracurricular things you do with your life, that carry into your work and family and everything else. But it also helps your fitness.Questions to ask yourself and your brand; What is your brand promise? What is it you "do"? What are you known for? What are you bringing to the marketplace? What are people paying you for? What solidifies that brand promise in the consumer's eyes? These are questions that you need to answer to build your brand promise and add value to what you are offering.
