Communicating with your clientele is a big part of running a business. A lot of times, we gym owners fail to effectively communicate with our members. Whether we are communicating good or bad news, we fail to deliver the message in the right way and at the right time.Gym clients easily get used to a routine, and any change is likely to lead to uncertainty and even some clients getting upset.
