Then, the team recaps why the new collective bargaining agreement between the US Soccer Federation and the US Women's National Team and US Men's National Team is so historic and how they got to this agreement. They discuss USSF's new relationship with the NWSL and MLS, new distribution of prize money and how the US is now contributing to a global ripple effect of equal pay that has both made so much progress and has to much more to go.
