In today’s episode, I am joined by a very inspiring guest — a woman who has dramatically helped me in my shift toward a healthier, more empowered way of life.  Jesse Golden is a devoted Mother, Holistic Health Practitioner, Hatha yoga teacher, and model, founder & CEO of The Golden Secrets, and author of The Golden Secrets to Optimal Health. Her accomplishments began at an early age, when, as a child, she became a ballerina in her Mother’s dance studio. After putting the debilitating disease rheumatoid arthritis into remission through natural methods, Jesse has established herself as the face of hope in the health and fitness industry. She continues to thrive despite her diagnosis. Her mission is to inspire and empower people through organic beauty and positive daily rituals of self-love.
