Today, we are joined by Anxiety Specialist and Coach, Shane Haron. We learn where Anxiety and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder comes from, how our childhood experiences shape our subconscious, and some of the ways anxiety manifest itself. Shane shares his own experience of anxiety and how, as a typical guy that is into fitness, shrugged it off for a period before addressing it. His own period of self learning and courses shaped his approach with clients now and he details 3 examples and ways to address anxiety. We also discuss self acceptance working alongside taking personal responsibility as well as how our environment influences our mental wellbeing.
