The research shows we need around 7-9 hours sleep per night, we look at outliers in this space too. Having outlined the downsides of sleep deprivation, Norah shares the best ways to improve your sleep hygiene and routines to get better and longer sleep. This includes pre bed routine, environment and research proven strategies you can implement. Lastly, we touch on sleep trackers, apps and supplements.
