The Canes scored on the power play????? Yes they did. Brady Skjei's power play goal with just over 3 minutes left in the third period gave the Hurricanes a 4-3 win over the Rangers. Carolina gets to live another day as they force Game 5 in New York on Monday night. The Canes had been 0 for 16 on the power play in the series and before tonight were -5 on special teams as the Rangers had scored 4 times with the man advantage and added a shorthanded goal in Game 3. But, Carolina came out flying. Evgeny Kuznetsov, Stefan Noesen and Sebastian Aho each scored in the first period as they jumped out to a 3-1 lead. Barclay Goodrow and Alexis Lafreniere would score in the 2nd and 3rd respectively, setting the stage for Skjei's first goal of the playoffs. Teuvo Teravainen had two assists and Frederik Andersen made 22 saves in the win.
