This week Dr Marilena Giannoudi interviews Dr Kate Richardson about Clinical Genetics. Dr Richardson discusses a typical week in Clinical Genetics and gives advice on how to get experience with this small but incredibly interesting specialty. Dr Richardson commenced specialty training in Clinical Genetics in 2021 at the Northern Genetics service. They previously completed foundation and core medical training in the North East before taking a year out of training to complete a PG cert in medical education and work as a clinical teaching fellow.
