Does Your Resume Need A Makeover?

Have you found yourself recently applying for a ton of jobs and you’re just not getting any callbacks or responses from your resume? Or maybe you feel you’re just not getting enough traction or you feel like you’re spinning your wheels. It’s really important when you are applying for jobs and you’re putting your resume out there, you make sure that your resume is the best it can be because while you may think your resume is great and has all the information it should have, you also have to think about the people who are looking at the resume. The recruiters and the hiring managers. And you want to make sure you are tailoring your resume to the right audience.  6 questions you should be asking yourself to determine whether or not your resume needs a makeover:  1) Do you have an objective on your resume?  2) Are the skills you have listed specific to you and your career search? 3) Does your resume have a ton of paragraphs?  4) Do you have your full contact information on your resume?  5) The experience I have listed on my resume, is it relevant?  6) Do you have references listed on your resume?
