And it is, in theory. Unfortunately, though, the food on offer isn't always up to snuff, with lots of it falling into the ultraprocessed food category. Oh and also, the packaging is single use. Plus, there's no one with any health or food expertise managing the rollout. Annnnnd it's leading to lots of food waste which is seriously bad for the environment as well as a waste of money. So what went wrong, and how can it be fixed?
