Hello, my friend, and welcome to Catch Up with Louise McSharry. This is the podcast where I do my best to keep you caught up with what's going on in the world. On Mondays, we talk news. On Wednesday, we talk entertainment. And on Fridays, we talk to someone interesting who's got something interesting going on. I hope you're well. Hope you're having a good week. But if not, that's okay, too.
I know not every week can be fantastic. I am having, like, this week is insane. And more on that anon. But over the weekend, I had the most unbelievable weekend. And I just realized I didn't, I don't think I mentioned any of it. Did I mention that I was at Carton House over the weekend? I went to this beautiful event on Thursday in Carton House and then my kids came and joined me on Friday.
They were lighting the Christmas tree and it's, oh my God, it was just glorious. And then on Saturday we went to Lugwoods for their kind of, it's like you're going to Santa's village and you, it's very good, I have to say.
um you go through the kind of mountains you're up the double mountains and you go through and you stop for various performances along the way and then eventually you get to meet Mrs Claus and then you meet Santa and it was really like the kids were super super impressed it was really a lot of fun um and I was both of those things were hashtag gifted I don't think technically I'm like I just want to be clear um

And that includes things like the kind of your mouth, your lips, your nails as well. And so I lost a
My two big toenails just have never been the same. I won't go into any detail. But it means I'm kind of self-conscious about them and I don't really go and get pedicures anymore because I'm kind of self-conscious. To be honest, I'm getting to a point now where I don't care that much.
But what I've been doing for years is doing my own kind of nails at home before I go on holidays or in the summer using the 14-day manicure kit because the...
