We always want to pause and rest for awhile. Being reminded on how to be mindful with our life. Living each day as if its our last will make so much difference in our paradigm. We are deeply honored to have Teacher Ayman Khatib from Lebanon ( @guruyogashala ) Ayman is an international Yoga teacher, Thai Yoga massage teacher and practitioner. Yoga has been a part of his life since 2003. In 2012, he started a journey in Asia that showed him the true purpose of life and resulted in ending his corporate career and becoming a Yoga teacher. He has travelled, learnt and taught in many yoga centres and ashrams around the world. The experience made him realise his own dharma to share his findings of the traditional and authentic yogic science and philosophy. In 2020, he founded Guru Yoga Shala, a cozy yoga and massage centre in Beirut, Lebanon. Ayman is known for his calmness in conducting warm and inviting classes and workshops that are best described as physically, mentally and spiritually uplifting.
