#Chakrachat Series : Teaching Yoga Online, How to protect yourself legally.
21 Nov 2020
Teacher Quino Reyes ( @quino.reyes ) has been practicing yoga for more than 10 years and teaching for around 7. He teaches Vinyasa and Power yoga in various studios in Metro Manila as well as for the NGO, Yoga For Life. He believes that a yoga practice should adapt to each person's needs and abilities, which change day-to-day. Thus, his yoga practice is constantly evolving and incorporates techniques from the various methods he has practiced over the years- Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Anusara, and Ashtanga, among others. Currently based in Cavite, Quino is a lawyer by profession and also an advocate for LGBTQIA+ and HIV policies. Join us as we indulge in a conversation on Yoga, managing pandemic and about protecting yourself online legally.
