Online presence is really essential for the past months. We are all at home making sure everyone is safe. Our life changed in a snap. One of the industry that is greatly affected is the Fitness and wellness. As part of our action to help the community. We came up with ChakraChat - an online platform that discuss about the yoga practice, wellness and how pandemic is also connected. After the success of #Chakrachat - our daily Friday habit. We decided to add another platform of discussion but this time on a weekend. Our guest is Katrina ( @fearlesskat ) Teacher Katrina found her passion for yoga 7 years ago and decided to pursue it professionally 3 years later. As a mother of 3 boys , yoga provides the perfect outlet for her day to day life. Since yoga is her passion, she brings a positive energy and exuberance to each and every encounter she has with her students. She has completed professional certification for: Vinyasa Yoga, Trapeze Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates and Rocket Yoga. Premiering the first episode for #Chakrachatter on Saturday September 12 at 230 PST. It is a lighthearted and fun side of Chakrachat. Each Saturday we have an extra special guest. We hope to see online!
