Who will be our extra special guests for #Chakrachatter Episode 6! Teacher Jennifer Non ( @jennifernon , https://www.facebook.com/movewellwithjennon ) It was love at first sweat as soon as Jen stepped on the mat for a Bikram Yoga class in 2004. While she first got into the practice as a way to relax and destress from her corporate job, yoga soon evolved into a holistic discipline and way of life. A decade later, Jen finally took the plunge and became certified in the Hot Absolute Yoga series. Since then, she has also gotten her certification in other styles of yoga like Vinyasa and Yin, as well as other modalities such as Inferno Hot Pilates. She loves incorporating fun elements into her classes (and occasionally her humor shines through), but always with an eye towards building a strong foundation to the practice. Tune in and find out what are her Fitness routine tips during this pandemic! We also chatted about ways you can incorporate more movement into your life and easy tips on getting started in your wellness journey quoted from Teacher Jennifer!
