On this episode, I read a letter written by Alice that details her journey of survival and hope. Alice is the scapegoat, oldest daughter of four. She is a survivor of the evil, sadistic, and insidious emotional abuse of her narcissistic mother. While her mother tried to destroy her and almost did, Alice prevailed. As she says, 'Going no contact has allowed me the opportunity to prioritize my mental health for the first time." Her bravery, strength and will to carry on is astounding. Alice hopes that her story will leave you feeling less alone and empowered. Thank you, Alice, you are amazing. Would you like to share your story? Email me at [email protected] If no one has told you lately, it's not you, never has been and you are not alone.
