You know the type: Oh, my goodness, you don't talk to your family? But: *it's your mom? *you need for forgive *you will feel bad when they die Yea... This episode is about empowering YOU! I share a few concrete things that you can do to build your strength as you are faced with people who just don't get it. We are going to get you strong in your: *WHY YOU WENT NO CONTACT & *KNOWING YOUR WORTH That way, you will be strong and IF and only if you want to answer why you have gone no contact, then you will be ready. And if you don't, well, that is your business. And you owe no one an explanation. We will talk about concrete ways in which you can build your why and your worth. We also talk about a viewpoint that sometimes we as survivors align with that could potentially leave us with a victim mentality. It is just my opinion, the way I view life and what I've been through, perhaps you can resonate as well.
