sadness- Bleep. Bloop. That damn emotion that slaps you up side the head, even during our strongest moments. Add to the mix that you are probably an an empath. So this emotion of sadness as it pertains to your no contact journey with your toxic family can be a tricky one to walk through. On this episode we discuss: ~What we can do when this emotion of sadness overwhelms us. ~How we can be purposeful about getting through this emotion. ~Remembering that emotions are temporary and not a sign that we are supposed to go back to the toxic emotional abuse that we left behind.
