Her eclectic experience on five continents started in Germany and includes leadership positions at Boston Consulting Group (Europe, South America, U.S.) as well as ownership of businesses in Argentina, Brazil, and the U.S. This experience shaped her into a multicultural and multilingual Transformational Leadership Coach, International Inspirational Speaker, and Author of Speak up, Stand out and Shine, with a second book coming soon. She also co-authored three other books. Regina writes visionary articles for magazines internationally and is passionate about sharing wisdom and inspiration, earning features in multiple media outlets in the U.S., Latin America, and Africa. She is the host of the RISE TO LEAD podcast. In the past, she was the TV Show Host of What's Your Spark? on WIN WIN Women/Roku TV. Over the years, she has spoken at events and taught workshops globally. She was an active Member of the Leadership Team of the Financial Women's Association (FWA) and has collaborated with numerous organizations in Africa.
