Me, Myself, and Darlene

Today on Chattin' with Coach Amy, Me, Myself, and Darlene are continuing our conversation about my Meetin' Coach Amy conference. We are picking up at the second full day. It was our great visit to the THM Cafe, which was WOW, then I concluded my teaching in the late afternoon, and finally it was time for the second VIP dinner. We touched on the aspects of what some of my other clients think have improved their journeys. I love getting insight from my clients that are walking this Trim Healthy lifestyle out right along with me! We also talked about what investing in your health can really look like when you are all in. I don't want to waste any time in this life, friends! It looks like we will be back with y'all again to talk about how I wrapped up the conference and also to talk about my VIP Plus experience!
