The One with Bethany

Are y'all ready?! My girl Bethany is going to get you pumped up! Today on Chattin' with Coach Amy, I am joined by another group client with another amazing testimony! We agreed that by sharing our stories, we never know who we may touch with a word of encouragement that could make in impact in their day, or even their journey. She shared about how she's worked on identifying the lies that were at the root of some of her bad habits and is confronting, and slaying them if I might add, with truths. Got back on THM in November 2020 and have been 100% all-in on plan (with a handful of planned off-plan meals) since fall 2021.
